United States Power Squadron's Virtual Trainer
Ohio boating

Get your first look at the new USPS "Boating Skills Virtual Trainer" during the boat show. The BSVT is not a computer game. It has been strategically developed to compliment the USPS on-the-water programs by essentially requiring the same level of competency. Using the simulator allows students to navigate on-the-water scenarios where they must contemplate and make decisions using critical thinking. It was funded by a grant from the U.S. Coast Guard.
